When you buy one of our products, we’ll install software to your machine that reports back to our technical department server on an hourly basis. This remote monitoring tells us when ink or toner is low or if we need to replace any parts. We’ll then bring the new stock to you so that you don’t have to go to the trouble of ordering it yourself. We track everything so that you don’t have to.
